Even small donations make a huge difference – can you help please?
You can help give a child the gift of education and two meals a day from just £20 per month.
With a very low cost of living and with over 90p of every pound raised going on education and food for the children, your donations will make a real difference to our students. Just £20 a month to sponsor a child will help them change their life and provide for their basic education and food.
When we add in the cost of uniforms, textbooks, government registration fees, exam fees and facilities, each child needs 6 sponsors at £20 per month to cover all the costs of running and developing this exceptional school.
Of course it’s up to you how you donate, it can be monthly or annually. You may share the sponsorship of a child with family, friends or work colleagues too.
You will receive communications from your sponsored child every term and also updates from the school generally.
You will give a child all the many benefits of a quality, structured education mainly in English in a safe and supportive environment. They’ll have somewhere safe to play and make friends. With two meals a day they won’t have to go hungry. They’ll be healthier and happier.
And you’ll give them hope for the future, a better life.
As much as you’ll help one child, you’ll also help a community. Education is far and away the best way to help underdeveloped countries, stricken by poverty, to improve the economy and over time develop a healthy infrastructure.
With the cost of living being so low in Kenya, just a few of your pounds buy an awful lot of help for the children:
- £10 (just £10) pays for food for a child for a whole month
- £20 pays for a safe chair or desk
- £20 per month pays for the education of a child
- £200 pays for the monthly salary for one of our full-time teachers

Communications from your sponsored child
It’s important that sponsors receive updates from the charity and school on a regular basis as well as communications from your sponsored child/children.
This is Ruth writing to her sponsor. The children love receiving letters from their sponsors. All communications in either direction are sent through our child sponsorship co-ordinator, Geoff Ward ([email protected]). He will provide details of the children that need to be sponsored and will liaise with the school.
